# Your AI strategy team: instant suggestions

## Why this matters
The hardest moment in any strategy workshop is the blank page — the silence after the goals are
set, when someone has to suggest the first initiative. Ciclo fills that silence with a strategy
team's worth of thinking, ready before the meeting starts. Crucially, the suggestions don't just
autocomplete — they come with a **rationale** grounded in frameworks like Scaling Up and *Good
Strategy/Bad Strategy*, specific to *this* strategy.
## Generate suggestions across the strategy
On the **Strategy** page, open the [AI Insights](/features/ai-insights) panel for a live
diagnosis — what's strong, what's at risk — followed by specific recommendations based on the
actual content of this strategy, not generic advice.
On the [Roadmap](/features/roadmap), create a new initiative and open the **Suggest
Initiative** tab. Each suggestion carries not just a title but a rationale — which
strategic gap it closes and why it matters now. **Add** the right one with a single
click, ask for **more suggestions**, or **dismiss** those that don't fit.
On the [Performance page](/features/performance-kpis), add a new KPI and open the
**Suggest KPI** tab. Each suggestion specifies a metric name, a target value, a unit, and
a one-line rationale for why the metric matters here. This cuts the "what should we
measure?" conversation from hours to minutes.
On the [Actions](/features/actions) board, add a new action and open the **Suggest
Action** tab. The AI suggests concrete next steps — each starting with a verb (Schedule,
Create, Draft) and explaining the blocker it removes. One click to add, then assign an
owner.
In a workshop, use suggestions to **generate options quickly and let the client choose**. You
bring the facilitation and judgement; the AI removes the blank-page friction.
