## Why this matters

The strategy you build with a client is at its sharpest the moment you leave the room. Two weeks
later it's competing with inboxes and fire drills; four weeks later it's a document no one's
opened. Ciclo keeps the strategy alive between your sessions — visible, tracked, and owned —
without anyone doing extra work, and without you becoming the person who nags. **The moment you
become the reminder, the relationship shifts; Ciclo keeps you in the advisor role.**

## Set up ongoing accountability

<Steps>
  <Step title="Schedule a recurring report">
    On the **Reports** page, create a report as normal — questions, teams, period — then set it to
    run **weekly**, **monthly**, or **quarterly** (or on a custom cadence). It generates itself and lands in the client's inbox on the day
    you choose. One setup, in under a minute, and the client gets a professional progress update
    for the life of the engagement. (See [Reports](/features/reports) for scheduling detail.)

  </Step>

  <Step title="Track KPI trends over time">
    On the [Performance page](/features/performance-kpis), open a KPI's **Detail** view to see
    its history — every data point charted against the target over time, so you can see
    whether a metric is improving, declining, or stalling. Each tile's progress meter gives an
    at-a-glance read of where attention is needed.

    </Frame>
  </Step>

  <Step title="Assign ownership on actions">
    On the [Actions](/features/actions) board, every task has an owner and a status. When someone
    is assigned an action — or ownership changes — they're notified automatically. As actions are
    completed, that progress flows back up through KPIs and initiatives, so the whole picture stays
    current on its own.

    </Frame>
  </Step>
</Steps>

<Tip>
  Schedule the recurring report at a cadence that matches the engagement, then let it run. You
  show up to every session already briefed — no catch-up call, no "let me send you an update."
</Tip>

## The value you're delivering

* **Accountability without chasing** — the system handles reminders and updates, so you don't
  have to.
* **Every session starts briefed** — full visibility of what's happened since you were last
  there, before the meeting begins.
* **Ongoing engagement value** — scheduled reporting and live tracking extend the relationship
  well beyond the initial strategy work.
