Every consultant knows the Sunday night before a board meeting — the hours spent stitching a
progress deck together from emails, spreadsheets, and half-remembered updates. Ciclo gives those
hours back. A professional, board-ready report — drawn from live data, not manual inputs —
generated in under a minute and shareable in one click.
On the Reports page, select Create New Report. (Full mechanics in
Reports.)

Choose the questions, period, and teams
Pick the questions the report should answer — What is progressing well? Where are the trouble
spots? Are our KPIs tracking to target? — add your own custom question, set the reporting
period (e.g. the previous quarter), and select the teams to include. For a board report,
that’s usually all teams. You can also attach supporting documents — financial
spreadsheets, KPI trackers, meeting transcripts — to sharpen the analysis.

Generate
Select Generate. The AI pulls from live strategy data — initiatives, KPI results, actions
completed — and synthesises it into a structured executive summary. Not a blank template, not
a copy-paste job, and not the hallucinated filler a general-purpose AI would produce — a real
report written from real data.

Share it
Select Share, choose the stakeholders to give access to, and set their role to
Viewer (read-only). They receive an email with a link to the live report, with an
optional personal message from you.
Sharing a report with a stakeholder
Reports are shared with members of the organisation, so a board member needs a Ciclo login
to read one. Add them as a user first (a Member role on no teams is enough — see
Inviting your team), then share the report with
Viewer access. The shared report stays live and current.
