Overview

Integrations let Ciclo read live data from the tools your teams already work in — your CRM, project trackers, and accounting software — so your strategy stays grounded in what’s actually happening. Every integration is read-only: Ciclo pulls data in to keep your strategy current, and never writes back to or changes anything in the connected tool. Connected tools power Ciclo in two ways:

Live KPIs

Turn data from a connected tool into KPIs that refresh automatically — no manual updates — and sit alongside the rest of your strategy.

Connected Actions

Link an item from a connected tool (an issue, task, card, or deal) to an Action so the work appears on your board, and closing it in the source tool can move the Action to Done.

What each integration offers

Connecting a tool

All integrations are managed from one place: Settings → Connected Apps.
1

Open Connected Apps

Open Settings from the account menu and choose the Connected Apps tab. You’ll see every available integration with its connection status.
2

Connect

Select Connect on the tool you want. Most tools open a sign-in window to authorise access; folk and Stripe ask for an API key, and Trello asks you to allow access once. Follow the tool-specific guide for details.
3

Configure KPIs

Once connected, select Configure to add KPIs, then find them on your team’s Performance page.
Connecting, configuring, and disconnecting integrations is limited to organisation administrators. See Connected Apps in Settings for where this lives.
Disconnecting a tool preserves history — your KPIs keep their recorded values and any linked Actions keep their data. They simply stop syncing until you reconnect, at which point they resume automatically.
