Overview

Ciclo is most powerful when your whole team is in it — owning initiatives, actions, and KPIs, and seeing the same strategy. You invite people by email; they receive a link to set a password and join your organisation.

Invite someone

Open the invite option

From the user management area (look for Invite or the add-user button), choose to invite a new member.

Enter their details

Add the person’s name and email address, and select their role. They’ll receive an invitation email with a link to set their password and sign in.

Assign them to a team and role

Add them to the relevant team(s) and set their role so they have the right level of access. See Teams & permissions for what each role can do.
Once someone has joined, add them as an owner of initiatives, actions, and KPIs. Owners see their work in the My To-Do List on the home page.

If an invitation expires

Invitation links are valid for a limited time. If a colleague’s link has expired, simply resend the invitation from the same user management area.
