Pick a team, open the Strategy page, and start with your vision. The 5-minute guide walks you through it.

Each team has its own strategy, roadmap, KPIs, and actions. You switch between teams with the team selector, and can link items across teams to stay aligned. See Teams & permissions.

How everything connects

Strategy sets the goals; the roadmap holds the initiatives that deliver them; KPIs measure progress; and actions are the day-to-day tasks. Quarterly targets and KPIs flow automatically onto the Strategy page, and the Alignment view shows how it all links up.
It pulls an element (a strategy element, KPI, or initiative) from another team onto yours. If the original is updated, the change cascades to you automatically — until you edit the text yourself, which breaks the link so you can customise it.

It refines your wording, assesses the health of your strategy, roadmap, and actions, and offers expert guidance as you build. See AI Insights.
A thorough, AI-generated research report on a topic you choose — useful for market and competitive context. See Deep Research. Usage may be subject to plan limits.
