Login & access

Check your spam or junk folder. If it still hasn’t arrived, confirm the email address is correct with your admin and have them resend it.
Make sure your device’s clock is set automatically — TOTP codes depend on accurate time. Use the latest code shown in your authenticator app. If you’ve lost access to your authenticator, contact your administrator.
Mark your personal device as trusted when prompted, so you’re not asked every time. Don’t do this on shared computers. See Account & login.

Teams & data

You only see teams you’re a member of. Ask an admin to add you to the team with an appropriate role. See Teams & permissions.
Some options are limited to organisation administrators. If you don’t see something described in this Help Center, you may not have the required role.
Linked items only cascade while the link is intact. If you edited the text on your copy, the link was broken intentionally so you could customise it — re-import it if you want updates to cascade again.

AI features

Deep Research has a monthly report limit per organisation, which resets at the start of the next month. If you need a higher limit, email [email protected].
Deep Research is available to consultant (partner) accounts working in a client organisation they manage. If you don’t see it on the Reports page, it isn’t enabled for your organisation. See Deep Research.
The AI works best with real content to assess. Make sure you’ve drafted the relevant elements first, then try again with a more specific prompt.
