Deep Research produces a thorough, AI-generated research report on a topic you choose —
market context, competitive landscape, trends, or anything else that helps you make a
better strategic decision. It goes well beyond a quick suggestion: it’s designed for the
kind of analysis you’d otherwise spend hours pulling together.
Availability. Deep Research is available to consultant (partner) accounts
working in a client organisation they manage. If you don’t see the Deep
Research option on your Reports page, it isn’t enabled for your organisation —
talk to your consultant or contact us.
On the Reports page, open the Create menu and choose New Deep
Research Report.

Describe what you need
Choose the source report the research should build on (an existing
progress report), and add custom instructions — specific focus areas or
research questions. The more specific the instructions, the more useful the
report. The dialog also shows your remaining monthly usage.

Let it run
Deep Research takes longer than a normal AI action because it’s doing more
thorough work. You can carry on elsewhere and come back to it — a progress
indicator shows how far along the analysis is and how many sources have been
analysed.

Use the result
Review the finished report and fold its findings into your strategy, or
attach it to a stakeholder report.
A completed Deep Research report with structured findings and sources
Deep Research has a monthly report limit per organisation. If you’ve reached
the limit, you’ll be told, and it resets at the start of the next month.
For consultants, Deep Research is a fast way to walk into a client session
with credible, tailored background — see Deep Research for client
strategy.
