Overview

The Alignment view answers a question every leadership team asks: does our day-to-day work actually ladder up to our strategy? It lays your strategic goals, KPIs, and roadmap initiatives side by side and shows how they’re linked — so gaps and disconnected work are obvious at a glance.
The Ciclo Alignment view

How it works

The view is organised into connected columns:

Strategic goals

What you’re trying to achieve.

KPIs

How you’ll measure progress toward those goals.

Roadmap initiatives

The work that will move the goals and KPIs.
Each item shows what it’s linked from and linked to, so you can trace a goal through to the KPIs that measure it and the initiatives that deliver it.

Pick your team, then choose Alignment in the sidebar.
2

Link related items

Connect a goal to the KPIs and initiatives that support it. Linking creates a visible relationship between the two items.

Spot the gaps

Look for goals with no KPIs, or initiatives that don’t connect to any goal — these are where strategy and execution have drifted apart.

You can also link or move items across teams — for example, linking a company-level goal to a team’s initiative — so the whole organisation stays aligned, not just one team.
This is one of the most powerful views to walk through in a leadership meeting or a client session: it turns “are we aligned?” from an opinion into something you can see.
