Signing in

Go to your Ciclo Strategy app and sign in with your email and password. If you were invited by a colleague or consultant, you’ll have received an email with a link to set your password the first time — follow that link to choose a password, then sign in normally afterwards.

Invitation and password-reset links are time-limited. If yours has expired, ask an admin to resend the invitation, or use Forgot password on the login screen.

Multi-factor authentication (MFA)

For extra security, Ciclo supports app-based multi-factor authentication using a time-based one-time code (TOTP) from an authenticator app such as Google Authenticator, Microsoft Authenticator, or 1Password.
1

Open MFA setup

In your account settings, open the Security section and select Set up multi-factor authentication.

3

Confirm

Enter the current 6-digit code to confirm and enable MFA. From now on you’ll be prompted for a code each time you sign in.

Signing in with MFA

Once MFA is enabled, you’ll be prompted for a 6-digit code from your authenticator app each time you sign in.

Trusted devices

To avoid entering a code every single time, you can mark a device as trusted when you verify MFA on it. On a trusted device, Ciclo won’t prompt for an MFA code for a period of time.

Only trust devices that are private to you. Don’t mark shared or public computers as trusted.
