Signing in

Go to your Ciclo Strategy app and sign in with your email and password. If you were invited by a colleague or consultant, you’ll have received an email with a link to set your password the first time — follow that link to choose a password, then sign in normally afterwards.
Invitation and password-reset links are time-limited. If yours has expired, ask an admin to resend the invitation, or use Forgot password on the login screen.

Multi-factor authentication (MFA)

For extra security, Ciclo supports app-based multi-factor authentication using a time-based one-time code (TOTP) from an authenticator app such as Google Authenticator, Microsoft Authenticator, or 1Password.
1

Open MFA setup

Go to your security settings and choose to set up multi-factor authentication.
2

Scan the QR code

Scan the code with your authenticator app, which will start generating 6-digit codes.
3

Confirm

Enter the current 6-digit code to confirm and enable MFA. From now on you’ll enter a code when you sign in.

Trusted devices

To avoid entering a code every single time, you can mark a device as trusted when you verify MFA on it. On a trusted device, Ciclo won’t prompt for an MFA code for a period of time.
Only trust devices that are private to you. Don’t mark shared or public computers as trusted.

Forgot your password?

Use the Forgot password link on the login screen to receive a reset email. The link takes you to a page where you can set a new password.
